So how did I take this one?

...I climbed on a tree!!

it was really great experience....
there were so many people behind me....and they all were looking at my climbing and taking photos...
i felt so proud to hold in my hand 300d and doing some photography there.

well maybe those skaters should be more in a motion but i was sitting on a branch holding in one hand my camera and with the another one i was holding myself... so 1/30s was really maximum!

i havent add a frame, because i find it very distracting...

It is perfect the way it is. I can't remember this building (maybe I'm just stupid...) but I think there couldn't have been a more suitable time to take a picture. Impressive photo!

Good. No, I don't think there should be more motion blur. There is a little bit and the fact that the still branches are in front of the skaters exaggerates the motion just right. I like it a lot. Has something festive to it ...

i do like the motion and the contrast, its fun to imagine those people all just having a good time.
i think a thin black frame with white contour would set it off nice, though, imho.
good to hear you didnt hurt yourself doing that, ciril
